A true "triple-threat" - singer/dancer/actress, she's had her name in lights on Broadway, and graced the stages of London's West End, the Royal Albert Hall, and Sydney Opera House, among many others. A shameful confession: when I got this gig, I had no idea who she was, but her Australian management only had to say: "Moulin Rouge" and I remembered the show-stopping tango scene from Baz Luhrmann's fantastic musical. By the time I finished the site and listened to her many albums and watched the slew of video clips from her numerous performances, I emerged a true blue fan. An England-born Australian of Irish descent, Caroline is a citizen of the world, dividing her time between London, New York and Sydney, where I will be found, standing in line for a ticket to her next performance.

British actress Dame Helen Mirren won the Academy Award for Best Actress in 2007 for her portrayal of Queen Elizabeth II in Stephen Frear's film The Queen. Her web site, active and Helen Mirren's official website from 1998 to 2010, was devoted to her admirers, the Helen Mirren Appreciation Society (HMAS). The site, active since the early days of the World Wide Web, includef a comprehensive database of Helen Mirren's performances, complete with original reviews and ratings. There were many "community-building" features to the site, most of which are reserved for HMAS group members only.
Singer, songwriter, composer, choir director, author, teacher, musician and more, Tina Buchholtz wanted a web site that could contain all the thousands of photographs, musical pieces, podcasts, articles, ideas and inspirations that spew forth from her creative imagination.

Gitte Jørgensen is a journalist, author, inspiring life coach and a very energetic woman. She has so much to offer that her previous website was overflowing with information. Gitte has two core principles that she teaches and communicates through a wide variety of media. The first is that Simple Living is about finding what is essential and meaningful by downsizing and cleaning up in various ways. The other is about empowerment and daring to go after those things that are essential and meaningful for you.
Inspired by these values, we did a lot of spring cleaning, daring to abandon all that which didn't bring the web-visitor a clear and inspiring introduction to Gitte's qualities, products and services, while at the same time providing a soothing user experience to counteract the stressful information overload of modern life.

"Livsglæde" means "joie de vivre" or the joy of life - and that is what Støvring Højskole, a Danish "high school", promises. With main courses in jazz, classical and folk music - designed to provide budding talents with the professional skills and experience to pursue a career in the performing arts, and a broad selection of summer courses for the whole family, it seems they deliver on that promise.

Unfortunately, the school was closed at the end of 2008 - at least as a musical high school. Hopefully the beautiful buildings and long history will continue in a new incarnation.

Through music and a moral that touches adults as well as children, the Witch Esmaralda will have you dancing, rapping and probably playing the kazoo, whether you are the sort of person to do that kind of thing or not.
Esmaralda gave up her homepage to provide shelter for her concert site but looks forward to sending the company home and reclaiming her domain, a place to find music, stories, spooky recipes, spiders and other stuff for kids of all ages.

The Jutland Light Orchestra, known in Danish as Det Jydske Underholdningsorkester, has an amazing conductor, Vagn Egon Jørgensen. When he isn't wringing funding out of some cultural fatcat, he can be found swinging his baton at some of the most talented musicians in Denmark. Vagn Egon plays a number of instruments himself, not least the accordian, an instrument close to his heart. Recently, Vagn Egon has taken up the organ and is honing his chops in Saxild Nørlev parish.

Choral singing as a team building activity? "Of course!" exclaim the well-built team from Human Entertainment. Within minutes, even the most painfully tone-deaf dental hygienist, the stiffest of wooden office managers, the shyest bookeeper or the bossiest Chairman of the Board is singing in harmony alongside colleagues in a well-tempered choir.
A web site with the ability to communicate the energy and bravura of teambuilding concept "Ledelse der Swinger" needs extra juice: the solution was a full-Flash site with symphony orchestra.

One thousand children, a thousand and one kazoos, seven musicians, a blue-haired witch, one conductor, a generous Minister of Culture, a spit-dripping dragon, one hand-puppet, a gazillion hours of rehearsals, 12 warm-up concerts, as many redrawn municipal maps, one new united municipality and to celebrate all that: one mega-concert at Forum Horsens.
On March 22, 2007, one thousand small children will represent a united mid-Jutland and rock the hall, a venue recently visited by none other than Dolly Parton. The front figure this time is not Dolly but someone with just as noticable attributes - high-heeled boots and big hair, that is: Esmaralda, a.k.a. Tina Buchholtz.
To commuicate with all these children, parents, teachers, choir directors, musicians, roadies, fans and other interested parties, a coordinated web site was required. Each group was able to download posters for their local concerts, order tickets online and upload the photos they took of their own kids.

Keeping girls safe, free and strong is one of the goals of the author of the best-seller "Feministisk Selvforsvar" Chris Poole. The goal of the web site is to promote awareness and share some of the tips from the books, as well as provide a calendar of seminar dates and offer a way to order online.

Per Pallesen's love of wine is as well-known as his jovial humor and joie de vivre. We designed a Flash-based wine cellar, where Per could respond interactively to visitors' clicks on selected wine bottles, theater posters and other active spots on the site.
Unfortunately Per was too busy running theaters, playing tennis and fulfilling all kinds of commitments so he chose not to renew his domain. A shame, for it was a very flashy site.
The cultural center and activity farm Huset in Aalborg offers rooms of all shapes and sizes to individuals and non-profit groups for a whole range of cool activities.
They needed a venue booking system that was like Goldilock's porridge bowl - not too small, not too big, but just right. We threw in a newsletter module for good measure so its many users can keep apprised of all the concerts, lectures, meetings and other events that are booked by the booking system.

A keen set of six senses and a love of gadgets, particularly those that run on batteries, clairvoyant Jette Harthimmer is not your ordinary girl. She took to podcasting like white sticks to rice and has become one of the most consistent and prolific Danish podcasters to date. Jette had all the skills she needed to create a succesful podcast - the most important of which being a good "radio voice" and lots of interesting things to say with it. JetSetNet helps out on occasion with a technical tweak or quick save, advice, applause and sometimes a little translation assistance to prepare for English-only speaking studio guests.
